Suda Swarm FC is proud to introduce our new coach, Nicole McKenzie.
Nicole McKenzie is a dedicated and results-driven professional with over 20 years of experience in youth sports coaching, leadership, and program management. She has a proven track record of building strong teams, developing athletes, and creating positive, high-performing environments both on and off the field.
Nicole has held leadership roles including Site Director with Future Stars Camps and Director of Coaching with Soccer Stars (NY), where she successfully managed daily operations, led staff development, and implemented innovative training programs. Her ability to combine operational excellence with a passion for mentorship allows her to connect with athletes, families, and teams in meaningful ways.
Known for her strong communication skills and commitment to player development, Nicole continues to inspire young athletes to grow in skill, confidence, and character while contributing to impactful sports programs and community engagement initiatives.
We are excited to welcome Nicole to the Suda Family and look forward to the positive impact she will make on our players and community!

NAL ➡️ MLS NEXT 🐝
In just two weeks, Ethan Cabezas and Giovanni Estrada have earned opportunities to train in the MLS NEXT environment at Swarm FC, while continuing to compete with their NAL teams. Both are also members of the Swarm FC U17 National Team.
This is what the pathway is all about: creating opportunities, supporting development, and helping players take the next step when they’re ready.
We’re proud to support Ethan and Gio throughout this journey as they continue to grow and accomplish their dreams.
