Tuition Details
Participation at Sudamerica Swarm FC involves a one-year (Fall & Spring) player contract commitment for all age groups. Families pay an initial team acceptance fee to agree and enter the yearly contract commitment. All players and family members must adhere to our club guidelines and code of conduct.
U7-U14: Tuition covers the fall and spring seasons from August to May.
U15-U19: Tuition covers only the fall season from August to November. A high school training program is available at an additional cost for 8th graders and high school age athletes from February to April.
Tuition can be paid in full or monthly.
U7-U14: 7 payments from July 1 to January 1 after the initial $300 team acceptance payment.
U15-U19: 6 payments from July 1 to December 1 after the initial $300 team acceptance payment.
A $10 convenience fee and 2.90% + $0.30 PlayMetrics processing fee apply to each monthly payment. Only electronic payments via PlayMetrics are accepted. Cash and checks are not valid forms of payment.
Payments are considered late on the 5th day of each month. A $25 late fee applies, and players may lose eligibility to play after 10 days. After 30 days, players will not be allowed to attend training until financial obligations are met.
All players are registered and covered with sports insurance provided by the league.
All players participating in the club’s activities in Forsyth County are required to attend all training sessions at the club facilities throughout the year. Players are expected to be flexible and willing to relocate training locations if necessary due to various reasons such as weather conditions or field availability set the Forsyth County. In case a player is unable to attend a session, they must inform their coach and/or team manager in advance. Players must also set their attendance in PlayMetrics ahead of each training session, game, or event.
U7-U10: 2 (90 min) team training sessions per week.
U11-U12: 2-3 (90 min) team training sessions per week based on team level.
U13-U19: 3 (90 min) team training sessions per week.
All players must wear the required club uniform. The training kit, game kit, backpack, team jacket, and pants must be in good condition. Proper dress code is essential for both training and games. Players are encouraged to purchase multiple training kits.
Tournaments and showcases are billed separately through PlayMetrics. The approximate range per event is between $100 and $150, which covers team participation and coaches’ expenses for the event. Each family is responsible for their own travel and hotel expenses.
Families residing outside of Forsyth County only. To cover the full yearly commitment, an additional $300 will be automatically added to your tuition. Out-of-county fees are automatically generated based on your PlayMetrics account home address that you provide. The out-of-county fee is determined and enforced by Forsyth County.
Uniforms, tournaments, showcases, hotels, travel, U15-U19 high school training program, out-of-county fees (if applicable), and other programs offered by the club including futsal, international trips, camps, clinics, etc.
Players who need to be released from our Academy/Select program during their contract commitment period must pay the full tuition amount for the year plus an additional $100 player release fee, which will be handled directly with our Club Administrator.
Futbol Club Sudamerica (Sudamerica Swarm FC) is a 501(c)3 organization that adheres to a “no refund” policy for all its programs. All families must agree to this policy when making any payment through PlayMetrics, our club management platform.
