Guidelines
Sudamerica Swarm FC is proud to be part of our community and uphold high standards as the most professionally managed soccer club in Georgia. To ensure our intentions are preserved, all teams and individuals must adhere to the following guidelines for practices, games, and tournaments.

Practices and Communication

4. Bring plenty to drink.

6. Notify the Team Manager if you need to miss practice.
7. Practice with other club teams must be approved (check with both Team Managers).
8. Parents canβt speak to the coach or players during practice. Use common sense in emergencies.
9. All parent communication goes to the Team Managers. Coaches will communicate back through them.
10. Avoid personal text messages, TeamSnap messages, emails, or unscheduled phone calls with coaches and directors.
11. For meetings, make an appointment before or after practice through the Team Manager.

Local Games and Events
1. Players must arrive at the game field 45-60 minutes before the game.
2. Wear proper, uniform attire.

7. Parents canβt approach the coach after the game for discussions about playing time, positions, or other matters for 24 hours. Meetings should be scheduled through the Team Manager.
8. All coaches, players, and parents must adhere to the rules of all Youth Soccer Associations and tournament.

Out-of-Town Games and Events
1. Before an out-of-town tournament, the coach or manager must provide each player with an itinerary.
2. We strongly encourage players to travel together.
3. While participating, players must meet at a designated time to engage in team activities.
4. Teams travel together to and from the fields.
5. Players must wear uniforms for games.
6. Permission is required to use the pool, Jacuzzi, or exercise equipment.
7. Players must stay at the hotel with the coachβs permission.
8. Strict adherence to the itinerary and curfew is mandatory.
9. All players can stay with their parents in the same hotel room.
10. All Suda Swarm associates must follow the hotel rules.
11. Players are prohibited from running, playing soccer in the hallways, or walking barefoot or shirtless.
12. Casual interactions between male and female teams are allowed in public areas, but players must avoid opposing team rooms.
13. Meetings between the coach and a player must be in the hotel lobby or with a manager, parent, or other adult.
14. Appropriate behavior is expected at all times, and destructive activities like drinking, smoking, and drug use are strictly prohibited.
We trust in our players to adhere to club rules, as we assume significant responsibilities. Violations will be handled appropriately, reflecting our clubβs image.
We aim to establish a national reputation of excellence through these rules, creating a professional, enjoyable, and safe environment.
Discuss any concerns or ideas with your Team Managers and Coaches. We welcome your feedback.
