About SCCL (Academy)

The Southeastern Clubs Champions League (SCCL) is a high-quality and largest local platform in the state, providing an environment for both boys and girls to develop, compete, and grow locally. U11 and U12 academy teams compete in the SCCL. Top talent from our SCCL teams are given opportunities to compete and further their development in our NAL or DPL select teams starting at U12.

Curriculum

Our academy follows the Suda Swarm Academy Curriculum, providing a structured learning environment. Players receive technical drills, tactical strategies, and game simulations to develop holistically, both on and off the field.

Environment

The program offers a competitive, professional, and safe environment where players can flourish. It challenges them to push their boundaries while being supported in an atmosphere that promotes growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Game Day

We emphasize introducing game tactics and formations, helping players understand how to approach various game situations. This improves their ability to execute strategies effectively in live matches, enabling them to think and perform under pressure.

When a player trusts their coach, they can be challenged, make mistakes, grow, and build confidence.

That bond takes time, consistency, honesty, and genuine support from everyone.

DPL ➑️ GIRLS ACADEMY 🐝

An exciting time for our girls program at Suda!

Jada and Marlowe earned the opportunity to train in the Girls Academy Aspire environment at Swarm FC.

As our girls pathway continues to grow, opportunities like this are exactly what we want to see. We want players being challenged, developing in strong environments, and earning the chance to take the next step.

We are excited about what’s ahead for Jada and Marlowe, and even more excited about the direction of our girls program and the opportunities being created for our players.

The real player pathway keeps growing. 🐝

In just two weeks, Ethan Cabezas and Giovanni Estrada have earned opportunities to train in the MLS NEXT environment at Swarm FC, while continuing to compete with their NAL teams. Both are also members of the Swarm FC U17 National Team.

This is what the pathway is all about: creating opportunities, supporting development, and helping players take the next step when they’re ready.

We’re proud to support Ethan and Gio throughout this journey as they continue to grow and accomplish their dreams.
