Tuition Details
Participation at Suda Swarm FC involves a one-year (Fall & Spring) player contract commitment for all age groups. Families pay an initial team acceptance fee to agree and enter the yearly contract commitment. All players and family members must adhere to our club guidelines and code of conduct.
U7-U14: Tuition covers both the fall and spring seasons, running from August through May. U7–U8 teams begin slightly later.
U15-U19: Tuition covers the fall season only, from August through November. A short spring training program is available for NAL and DPL players after the high school season ends. A longer spring training program is also available at an additional cost for high school–aged players from February through April.
Tuition can be paid in full or monthly.
U7-U14: 5 or 7 payments from July 1 to January 1 after the initial $300 team acceptance payment.
U15-U19: 3 or 5 payments from July 1 to November 1 after the initial $300 team acceptance payment.
A $10 convenience fee and 2.90% + $0.30 PlayMetrics processing fee apply to each monthly payment. Only electronic payments via PlayMetrics are accepted. Cash and checks are not valid forms of payment.
Payments are considered late on the 6th day of each month. A $25 late fee applies, and players may lose eligibility to play after 10 days. After 30 days, players will not be allowed to attend training until financial obligations are met.
All players are registered and covered with sports insurance provided by the league.
U7–U14: An additional $350 annual fee will be applied, covering both the fall and spring seasons.
U15–U19: An additional $175 fee will be applied for the fall season. Players who choose to participate in a spring program will be assessed an additional $175 for the spring season.
All out-of-county fees are automatically applied based on the home address listed in your PlayMetrics account upon registration. Fees are determined and enforced by Forsyth County.
Additional expenses such as uniforms, tournaments, travel, and team-related costs are not included in tuition and may vary by team and level of play.
Players requesting a release from our Academy or Select program during their seasonal commitment are still responsible for the full annual tuition. A $100 player release fee will also apply and will be processed through our Club Administrator. Please note that, consistent with standard club policies, a program release is not guaranteed and is subject to club approval.
Futbol Club Sudamerica (Sudamerica Swarm FC) is a 501(c)3 organization that adheres to a “no refund” policy for all its programs. All families must agree to this policy when making any payment through PlayMetrics, our club management platform.

Team Policies
All players participating in club activities within Forsyth County are expected to attend scheduled training sessions at designated club facilities throughout the year. Training locations may be adjusted as needed due to field availability, weather, or county scheduling, and players are expected to remain flexible. If a player cannot attend a session, they must notify their coach and/or team manager in advance and update their availability in PlayMetrics prior to each training session, game, or event.
Training Frequency by Age Group:
U7–U10: 2 (90-minute) team training sessions per week
U11–U19: 3 (90-minute) team training sessions per week
All players are required to wear the official Suda Swarm FC uniform for all games, events, and designated training sessions. Uniforms must be purchased through the club’s approved vendor. The cost of the uniform is between $450-$525 plus taxes and delivery.
The required uniform kit includes:
- Home and away jerseys (x2)
- Home and away shorts (x2)
- Home and away socks (x2)
- Training shirt (x2), training shorts (x2), training socks (x2)
- Training Pants (x1)
- Red Backpack (x1) *New players only
Uniforms are used on a 2-year cycle, allowing families to avoid unnecessary annual purchases. Replacement items may be required if damaged, lost, or outgrown.
All jersey numbers are assigned and approved by the club to avoid duplication and ensure consistency across teams.
Teams are expected to participate in a minimum of 2 tournaments per seasonal year, depending on age group, team level, and competitive pathway. Additional tournaments may be scheduled at the discretion of the coaching staff.
Tournament fees are not included in annual tuition and are considered a separate team expense.
All players on the roster are financially responsible for their equal share of tournament-related costs, regardless of individual participation, as team expenses are based on full roster commitments.
