Understanding our Player Pathway
Individual player growth is at the center of everything we do. Through a structured pathway from NAL to MLS NEXT and DPL to Girls Academy, players are developed, challenged, and prepared to reach higher levels.

About SCCL
The Southeastern Clubs Champions League (SCCL) is a high-quality and largest local platform in the state, providing an environment for both boys and girls to develop, compete, and grow locally. Top talent from our SCCL teams are given opportunities to compete and further their development in our NAL or DPL teams.

About NAL
The National Academy League (NAL) delivers high-level national competition and exposure in a player-first environment. It serves as a strong pathway for boys looking to develop, compete, and position themselves for opportunities at the next level, including MLS NEXT and collegiate soccer.

About DPL
The Development Player League (DPL) is a competitive, top-tier girls league aimed at preparing players for the Girls Academy and collegiate soccer.

Team Development
Suda Swarm focuses on developing a distinctive and effective playing style for all players to maximize their development. Players apply the knowledge and skills to execute collective game strategies, enabling them to adapt to match situations and competition levels.

Recruitment
Our Swarm FC program exposes players to colleges, higher-level youth leagues, and pro leagues. Individual player selection for boys and girls, ID Sessions, and showcases maximize player opportunities to get noticed.

DPL ➡️ GIRLS ACADEMY 🐝
An exciting time for our girls program at Suda!
Jada and Marlowe earned the opportunity to train in the Girls Academy Aspire environment at Swarm FC.
As our girls pathway continues to grow, opportunities like this are exactly what we want to see. We want players being challenged, developing in strong environments, and earning the chance to take the next step.
We are excited about what’s ahead for Jada and Marlowe, and even more excited about the direction of our girls program and the opportunities being created for our players.
The real player pathway keeps growing. 🐝

NAL ➡️ MLS NEXT 🐝
In just two weeks, Ethan Cabezas and Giovanni Estrada have earned opportunities to train in the MLS NEXT environment at Swarm FC, while continuing to compete with their NAL teams. Both are also members of the Swarm FC U17 National Team.
This is what the pathway is all about: creating opportunities, supporting development, and helping players take the next step when they’re ready.
We’re proud to support Ethan and Gio throughout this journey as they continue to grow and accomplish their dreams.
