Suda Swarm FC is proud to announce the newest additions to our girls academy coaching staff: Beth Kappauff and Lauren Hoffman. These two dynamic leaders bring experience, passion, and a deep love for the game that perfectly aligns with the Swarm’s mission to inspire, develop, and empower young girls.

Beth Kappauff has been immersed in the game of soccer for over three decades. From her early beginnings as a 7-year-old girl on an all-boys team in North Georgia to her recent five years coaching both boys and girls (U7–U14), Beth brings unmatched energy and commitment to the game.

“As a coach, I want love of soccer and love of team to be the foundation and the through-line of everything we do,” said Beth. “I am thrilled to be joining the Suda Swarm coaching family! I can’t wait to work with the girls on the pitch and support them as they chase their soccer dreams!”

Beth’s coaching philosophy centers on growth—technical, strategic, and personal—while cultivating strong team chemistry and a spirit of excellence.

Lauren Hoffman brings 19 years of high-level competitive playing experience across the Southeast and two years of coaching U10 and U12 girls’ teams. Her drive stems from a lifelong passion for the sport and a heart for mentorship.

“I’m beyond excited to be joining Suda Swarm and to be part of a club that truly feels like family,” Lauren shared. “I’m looking forward to growing together, having fun, and building something great as a team. I can’t wait to get started with this talented group of girls—their energy and excitement to grow both as a team and individually is truly amazing.”

Lauren aims to encourage the growth of each player’s confidence, skill, and comprehension of the game while establishing a fun, empowering environment centered around teamwork and positivity.
